The “My New Kitchen” editorial feature is regularly commissioned to us by the Caterer It was decided that the video and interview of Alain Roux and his “new kitchen” would be an excellent web based approach to complement the photography in this long standing editorial feature in the magazine. The video captures the vibrant and professional activity in his new kitchen at the Waterside Inn.

To provide The Caterer with a “quality, whole service approach” ensuring that they remain a totally satisfied customer.
- To liaise closely with Diane Lane, Journalist at the Caterer and Hotelkeeper, establishing “The Brief” and her expectations with regards the video.
- To consider technical aspects such as dealing with challenging lighting or atmospheric conditions such as a steamy kitchen environment.
- To consider when filming the challenging location of Alain's busy kitchen, as can be seen from the video of the Waterside Inn.
- To meet the web and editorial deadline and deliver in the required format.
- Customer assurance that images are professionally archived.
- For Hospitality Media to reflect back to “The Brief” and to analyse its achievement and customer satisfaction level.
