The Brief
The restaurant wanted a dual service involving photography and video. They wanted to introduce video to their website making it less “static” and more tangible by having short interviews, capturing the essence and ethos of the restaurant. The video is also intended to be used in public areas within the restaurant and for viral marketing.
Hospitality Media Approach
To provide The Mulberry Tree Restaurant a “quality whole service approach” ensuring that they remain a totally satisfied customer.
- To liaise closely with The Mulberry Tree, establishing “The Brief” and expectations.
- For Hospitality Media to assess and construct the photo shoot, considering all aspects and potential issues, such as busy service periods.
- For Hospitality Media to discuss with The Mulberry Tree their objectives, the “video feel” and desired outcome.
- To assess and construct the “mechanics” of the video shoot, considering all aspects, such as the video length.
- To consider technical aspects such as the different environments between kitchen and restaurant in terms of lighting.
- To engage in post production of the video, involving editing.
- To liaise with the Mulberry Tree to find appropriate music to complement the video.
- Appreciate that the delivery of the video meets with deadlines.
- Customer assurance that all imagery is professionally archived.
- For Hospitality Media to reflect back to “The Brief” and to analyse its achievement and customer satisfaction.
